CCM文档库里无法设置文件夹的访问权限

问题：目前在 Connections 社区的 CCM 库中创建的文件夹无法再分配权限，默认社区的成员都可以访问。

解答：如果需要指定某些文件夹只能被某些社区成员访问，可以先创建 Connections 子社区，再在子社区中添加CCM库。

在 IBM Connections IdeaBlog 找到一个功能改进请求，希望在未来的 Connections 版本中允许 CCM 库的文件夹设置仅能被某些成员访问。

并已投票支持，如果权重随着其他用户的需求而增加，可能开发团队会在设计新版本时予以考虑。

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY:

When a Library is added to a community, the Community Members (in

FileNet, this is represented by a virtual group) are (by default) given

the role of Contributor in the Library settings.

A community owner can edit the Library settings to assign Reader only

access to the Community Members for the Library, but they cannot remove

them.

Similarly, if a folder is created within the Library, that folder's

Sharing settings can be changed so that Community Members are given

Reader access only.

It is not possible (via the frontend UI) to remove the Community

Members virtual group from the folder.

REQUESTED FUNCTIONALITY:

The customer would like to remove Community Members from the folder's

sharing setting altogether.

WORKAROUND:

You can create a subcommunity and not add all current members of the

parent community to the subcommunity.

Then, add a Library (and folders within the Library) to the

subcommunity and define access to the Library based on the members of

the subcommunity
