Per talked, you notice the "Allow Grace Period" field doesn't work after
password lock out. So I think this maybe cause by adminp request doesn't
update person document. Please check the Adminp process is running well
on your Domino server first.
And I suggest you do a test for a specific test user:
1. Select a specific test user, change his Notes id password.
2. Connect Domino server once.
3. A hour later, check this user's Person document, check whether the
"Last change date" is updated.
